We are seeking a full-time Test automation Engineer to join our team in Turin, Italy, for an exciting project with a major automotive customer. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on automatic test generation and scripting for Infotainment and Connectivity functionalities.

Main tasks:

• Define comprehensive test suites.
• Implement and maintain test cases using CAPL and Python.
• Execute automated test cases on both test benches and vehicles.
• Define test environments (bench/vehicle setups).
• Support issue detection and identification, providing initial analysis based on test bench activities.

Mandatory qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of automotive testing methodologies.
• Proven experience in automated test writing and execution.
• Proficiency in CAPL and Python for test automation.
• Solid understanding of Vector tools (e.g., CANalyzer, CANoe).
• Familiarity with automotive communication buses (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and connectivity protocols (MQTT, V2X).
• Knowledge of the UDS diagnostic protocol (preferred).
• Familiarity with automotive tools and processes for requirement management (e.g., DOORS, JIRA) is a plus.

Languages:

• English: Mandatory.
• Italian: Strongly recommended.

This position is based in Turin, Italy, on the customer's site, with the possibility of remote work.
