Role: Test Automation Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team. The

ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using tools such as Postman to run API-related

test cases and a solid understanding of Swagger files. Additionally, NV1 clearance may be required

for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the testing team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

 Develop and execute API-related test cases using Postman.

 Review and understand Swagger files to create effective test plans.

 Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

 Identify, document, and track defects and issues.

 Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including NV1

clearance if applicable.

 Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.

 Mentor and train junior testers on best practices and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Extensive experience in using Postman for API testing.

 Strong understanding of Swagger files and API documentation.

 Proven leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 NV1 clearance may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

 Relevant certifications in testing and quality assurance are a plus.

 Experience in a similar role is preferred.
