Responsibilities

  • Develop and document a test strategy & test concept
  • Design and document testcases and tests procedures, in consideration of traceability to the specifications, in given IT applications for functions/function realizations
  • Remote execution and evaluation of functional tests in order to validate SW-releases
  • Onsite execution and evaluation of tests on HIL or/and in vehicles in Germany (regular trips)
  • Analysis and review of test and qualification reports of other departments or external testing facilities
  • Test report preparation
  • Record and document faults in ticket management system, including statistics of fault tickets (defects)
  • Prepare commissioning instruction documents for the vehicle production
  • Active participation in project meetings.
  • Identify component integration issues, and drive them to resolution by working with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • MSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related.
  • Certified Tester Foundation level (e.g. ISTQB)
  • Good knowledge of vehicle communication, CAN, LIN, BAP, Ethernet
  • Experience in executing tests on the Hardware in the loop (HIL)
  • Experience in executing in-vehicle tests
  • Good knowledge of ASPICE process
  • Knowledge of vehicle software systems
  • Experience in working with tools & systems like: CANoe, Doors, JIRA, KPM, System42
  • Proven experience in working on Seats control or Climate control or Ambient lighting control projects - nice to have
  • German language - nice to have
