Mission:
Based in our Tokyo office and under the responsibility of Service Delivery Manager, we are looking for our new L3 Test Analyst.
Activities:
- Remote (Phone and Email), Onsite and Offsite support to customers regarding their certification and testing activities
- Give technical advice to the customers to complete their certification in the best timeframe
- Responsible for ensuring the preparation of onsite services
- Support new activity introduction to customers in relation with other departments
- Analyze new technology for supporting potential new services introduction
- Identify new business opportunities for FIME and report internally
- Collect and distribute customer's feedback internally
- Training to customers
Job Experience
- Experience in quality assurance testing/technical support or in customer support related roles in the technology field
- Working experience in the IT/technology domain, preferably in the banking or payment solutions domain.
Knowledge & Skills
- Degree in Engineering / IT or Mathematics.
- Prior experience in the payment industry is a plus, but we're equally excited to meet candidates eager to learn and passionate about diving into this dynamic field
- Bilingual fluent spoken and written in English and Japanese.
- Proven ability to work in international/multi-cultural environments
- Customer focused with very good communication skills
- Proactive, autonomous and rigorous while working within a team environment.
- Ability to communicate with customers and team members at both technical and commercial level
