Summary

We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in a B2B distribution space. This is a field-based role focused on driving growth, developing innovative sales strategies, and strengthening customer and supplier relationships within a targeted market sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily field activity and support your team in identifying and securing new accounts.
  • Inspire your team to exceed sales targets through coaching and performance reviews.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and negotiate with suppliers to offer competitive solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across current and prospective accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Maintain and manage accurate CRM records and lead follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of B2B services or solutions sales experience.
  • 1+ year of experience leading field sales teams.
  • B.A. in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Foodservice, Hospitality, Janitorial, or Sanitation industries (a plus).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
