Mannington Mills, a 5th generation family owned floor covering manufacturer, has a Southern Virginia sales territory opening handling our Phenix brand residential carpet division. The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations as well as servicing and growing sales within floor covering retail accounts. This candidate should be comfortable traveling to floor covering retailers throughout the territory spanning Virginia Beach - Richmond - Roanoke and be able to generate new sales leads.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients
• Educate clients and conduct product demonstrations
• Generate potential leads for future sales
• Set and exceed quotas
• Track sales in organized manner
• Communicate effectively with management

Qualifications

• 2- 5 years of sales experience (inside or outside sales)
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Ability to travel in order to do business
