Summary

We’re partnering with a growing player in the industrial packaging space looking for a technical-yet-personable Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the Inland Empire! This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role for someone who thrives on solution selling, building trust, and translating complex concepts into clear value.


💼 What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow a territory of manufacturing and distribution clients
  • Lead with insight: sell value over price in longer-cycle deals
  • Work cross-functionally with plant floor operators, managers, and corporate stakeholders
  • Use your analytical brain to navigate spreadsheets, technical platforms, and data


✅ You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging
  • Are comfortable in complex, relationship-based sales cycles
  • Have experience selling solutions, not just products
  • Thrive in plant environments and can comfortably engage with everyone from the shop floor to the C-suite
