🎯 Role Summary

We’re hiring regional sales managers to lead the school acquisition of an Edtech product in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Own your region — build and manage a pipeline of schools

• Run demos, build trust with decision-makers, and close 3-year contracts

• Work with inside sales to follow up and coordinate proposals

• Activate local partners/resellers where relevant

• Provide weekly reporting and input into our sales playbook

• Contribute ideas for improving pitch, pricing, and positioning on the ground

✅ You’re a Good Fit If You

• Have 2–5 years of experience in school sales, edtech, or B2B field sales

• Know how to talk to principals, owners, coordinators, and get decisions made

• Are fluent in local languages (Marathi/Hindi)

• Are highly structured — you follow up, use trackers, and hit targets

• Are mission-driven and want to help schools support every child better

📈 Targets (Within First 90 Days)

• 50+ school visits

• 30+ demos conducted

• 10+ 3-year contracts closed

• ₹ 10l+ in revenue booked

💰 Compensation

• Fixed: ₹50–75K/month (based on experience)

• Variable: Performance-based bonus
