Key Responsibilities * Actively manage and grow a dedicated sales territory in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia, including a pre-existing customer base. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet departments, including utility and municipal fleets, and national accounts. * Provide consultative sales expertise to customers, focusing on understanding and exceeding their expectations. * Effectively communicate technical details of truck-mounted equipment, ensuring customers understand product features and benefits. * Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. * Attend and participate in trade shows and industry events to represent TIME Manufacturing Company and generate leads. * Use CRM tools to track sales activity, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance. Qualifications * 3-5 years of consultative outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. * Experience in B2B sales, particularly with fleet departments (experience with utility, equipment and/or municipal fleets is a plus). * Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service. * Technical knowledge of truck-mounted equipment is a plus. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Strong time and project management skills. * Ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight travel. * Computer literate, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems. * Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
