We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish-English) Territory Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on selling gaskets, sealing solutions, and related industrial products to customers across Latin America. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and is comfortable with frequent international travel. You will be responsible for developing new business, expanding our market presence, and providing ongoing support to existing clients throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Latin America through in-person visits, calls, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and end users in various industries.
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate gasket and sealing solutions.
- Travel regularly (approximately 50–70%) to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support sales initiatives.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while aligning with company policies and profitability goals.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through excellent customer service and proactive account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, and logistics) to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide market feedback and competitive insights to help shape sales strategies and product development.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
- 2+ years of B2B product sales experience, preferably in industrial or technical products.
- Experience selling into Latin American markets is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
