Role Description

We’re seeking a results-driven and mission-oriented Territory Manager with a strong commitment to serving those who have served. This role is your deployment to the front lines of medical innovation—tasked with building strategic partnerships and driving adoption of our medical technologies within Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) hospitals.

You’ll operate as a trusted resource to military and government healthcare professionals, ensuring our life-enhancing solutions reach the warriors who need them most. Think of yourself as the tactical liaison between a forward-operating healthcare system and cutting-edge medical technology.

  • Medical Mission Support: Provide product training, demonstrations, and ongoing clinical education to ensure optimal product use and patient care.
  • Strategic Territory Command: Execute territory-level strategy for driving sales growth, market penetration, and account development exclusively within VA and DoD medical facilities.
  • Relationship Warfare: Cultivate deep and credible relationships with key command staff, clinical users, contracting officers, and procurement personnel within government healthcare systems
  • Field Intelligence Gathering: Monitor competitor activity, product utilization, and patient outcome trends to adapt your tactical sales approach accordingly.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales skills and a proven sales track record preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and navigate a mission-critical, compliance-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree or Military experience/prior service in lieu of degree
  • Experience in medical sales or Federal sales a plus
