Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth, build customer relationships, and sell Containers, Ground-Level Offices, Singlewide Modular Structures, Complex Modular Structures, and value-added products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets.
  • Spend 40% on outbound prospecting, 30% on inbound inquiry conversion, and the rest on account development & customer visits.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential customers, industries, and market segments.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Offer turnkey space solutions and value-added products to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
  • Understand customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and address inquiries.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights to management on customer feedback and market dynamics.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to maximize pricing and lease rates.
  • Prepare accurate, competitive price quotes for potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure successful agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Meet daily/weekly expectations on key sales indicators.
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
  • 1+ year of outbound prospecting experience.
  • Willingness to travel (10%-20%) for field visits.
  • Strong professional communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & virtual meetings.
