We are seeking for a sales professional who can succeed in increasing sales by managing independent sales reps and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
3 weeks of each month traveling to train sales representatives on product line
Manage sales reps sales numbers, target customers and target products
Introduce new products into the market place
Set up trade shows and meetings
Develop loyalty amongst new customers: Electrical Distributors and showrooms
Build new book of business through various channels
Qualifications
Experience in the lighting industry is REQUIRED.
Strong knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and market trends.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Established track record of leading and motivating sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Located in Los Angeles
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 /hr based on experience
