We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager - OEM based in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving OEM sales, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and scaling the business effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to OEM partnerships, dealer management, and sales execution, with a focus on the Used Cars Classified segment. You will be responsible for identifying new OEM business opportunities, expanding the market, and ensuring strong partnerships with OEM clients to drive sustained growth.
What you will be doing:
● Develop and execute sales strategies to increase OEM partnerships and drive revenue within the assigned region
● Build and manage relationships with OEM clients, ensuring that their needs are met and identifying new business opportunities
● Actively participate in front-line sales by meeting with OEM partners, negotiating, and closing deals
● Track and analyze sales performance, forecast growth, and prepare regular reports on business metrics for internal stakeholders
Who we're looking for:
● 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically with a focus on OEM sales or related experience in the automotive industry
● A go-getter attitude, with the ability to overcome challenges and drive business growth in the OEM space
● Strong experience in building OEM partnerships, managing dealer relationships, and driving revenue through strategic collaborations
● A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the auto industry
