Summary

Lyons Restores, a fast-growing national restoration dry cleaner and personal property restoration franchise, has an immediate opening for a Marketing/ Business Development Representative for Denver/Boulder CO market. You will be responsible for selling Lyons Restores' premier customer experience, expertise, and patented cleaning technology to insurance professionals and restoration contractors throughout the state.


What is Lyons Restores? Lyons Restores, a best-in-class textile and personal property restoration company, provides insurance companies, home and business owners a turn-key solution for restoring textiles after a catastrophic event.

Using Lyons Restores' ISO 9001 processes and patented cleaning technology, stubborn smoke odors, soot, grime, mold, and mildew can be removed from any custom-made textile or leather items in a home or business. The list includes but is not limited to the following: clothes, draperies, rugs, bedding, linens, shoes, boots, stuffed animals, hats, belts, purses, leather coats, and furs. Through our strategic partnerships, we can even provide home appliances and electronics cleaning as well as personal property restoration.

Compensation:

Competitive salary plus commissions in the range of $65,000 to $100,000

Responsibilities:

·       Develops a systematic sales and marketing effort

·       Attend regional marketing events, trade shows, golf events, and happy hours. Some evenings and Saturdays are required.

·       Lead sponsorship of marketing events in the region

·       Executes the job tasks in a sales management system – DASH and LuxorCRM

·       Reports weekly on sales activity

·       Setting up face-to-face meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with decision-makers who can send you business.

·       Build and manage our customer relationships.

·       Develop a successful sales strategy

·       Develop a local reputation and presence for Lyons Restores

·       Learn the Lyons Restores process

·       Create a high level of client satisfaction


Expected Performance on Key Success Factors:

·       Persistent and consistent level of sales activity

·       Prompt customer and client callbacks

·       Faithful execution of Dash/LuxorCRM tasks

·       Continuous relationship-building with property owners, contractors, and adjusters

·       Achieving sales budgets


Qualifications:

·       Must have a professional appearance and customer-driven attitude

·       Possess 3 to 5 years of B2B or B2C experience

·       Have the ability to work and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds

·       Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral

·       Comfortable in social settings

·       Ability to manage your schedule with minimal direction

·       Establish daily and weekly marketing routes that have you in the field most days, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Driving:

·       Company vehicle provided

·       Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

·       Driving 3 to 6 hours a day is not unusual

·       Background check and/or Drug Test: Must pass the background and/or drug test check.
