LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading supplier in the construction, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors to hire a Territory Sales Manager. This remote role offers the flexibility of working from home, but does require frequent travel throughout the Aston, PA area. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional ready to take ownership of a growing territory.

Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory

  • Deliver customized solutions based on client needs

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service

  • Keep a pulse on market trends and industry shifts to inform strategy

  • Create and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

Territory Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or Fleet sectors

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and grow accounts

  • Self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven environment
