Role Overview:
The Territory Sales Manager – Field Advertising, Marketing & Revenue Growth will play a pivotal role in:
✅ Building and leading a high-performing field sales & marketing team
✅ Driving revenue growth through strategic product promotions and direct sales
✅ Executing innovative on-ground advertising campaigns to enhance brand presence

This role demands strong leadership, a result-driven approach, and expertise in field marketing, business development, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Team Development & Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales & Marketing Executives to drive on-ground product promotions.
Develop and implement structured sales strategies to ensure efficient market penetration.
Establish clear performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to optimize team productivity.
Organize continuous training programs to enhance sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills.
Foster a high-performance work culture, ensuring motivation and goal alignment among team members.
2. Sales & Revenue Optimization:
Take ownership of sales targets and revenue objectives, ensuring consistent business growth
Implement customer acquisition strategies that enhance product adoption and market presence.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales techniques and maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
Drive new business opportunities by identifying untapped market segments and emerging consumer trends.
3. On-Ground Advertising & Product Promotions:
Strategically plan and execute field marketing campaigns tailored to specific industry sectors.
Identify high-potential locations and customer demographics to ensure targeted outreach.
Design and oversee brand activation activities, kiosk promotions, and direct engagement programs.
Work in synergy with the digital marketing division to integrate online and offline marketing efforts for seamless customer engagement.
4. Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships with BFSI organizations, fintech firms, and corporate partners.
Drive strategic alliances and brand partnerships to enhance business expansion opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and business discussions to establish long-term, revenue-driven collaborations.
Represent the organization in corporate meetings, industry events, and networking forums to position Spixar Technologies Solutions as a leader in the advertising space.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth Planning:
Conduct in-depth market research to assess competition, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and customer feedback to fine-tune marketing strategies.
Develop and present strategic business reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and growth insights.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to optimize field operations.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Experience: 3 Years in Team Handling and 5 Years in Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development.
✅ Education: MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✅ Core Competencies:
Proven track record in revenue generation & business development.
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Strong expertise in field sales, direct marketing, and customer acquisition.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to sales growth and campaign execution.
✅ Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities and client interactions.
Experience in BFSI sector (loans, insurance, credit cards, mutual funds, etc.) is a plus.
