Summary

Title: Territory Sales Executive

Location: remote - must live in the territory, Pacific Northwest

Pay: Base salary + Bonus (medical, 401K, company cc)

The Territory Sales Executive / A&D Sales will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and expanding market share within the assigned territory. This individual will be responsible for executing sales strategies, supporting new product launches, and maintaining key client accounts.

Position Summary

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top customers in the territory.
  • Drive incremental growth through active customer engagement and market expansion.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts annually while monitoring sales performance.
  • Provide forecasts and budget insights to align with corporate objectives.
  • Travel within the assigned territory (40%+) and attend industry trade shows.


Skills/Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and new customer acquisition within the industrial dealer channels
  • Experience calling on prominent cooperatives and buying groups in the industrial tools sector include:
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and assertiveness.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
  • High willingness to travel and actively participate in industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
