Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Research and Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to capture market share.

Territory Management

  • Plan and execute a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to visit clients.
