Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the territory.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to capture market share.

Territory Management
