Position Overview: Territory Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the turf reinforcement mats and erosion control materials industry. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including developing and expanding the distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including target markets and potential customers and distribution channel development
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, including engineers, contractors, and government agencies
Attend industry trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customers
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical teams, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals
Manage DOT and other public agency submittals and coordinate required product testing with technical team
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Continuously gather customer feedback, and report on market trends and opportunities
Provide regular sales reports to management, including forecast and pipeline updates
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
CPESC certification (preferable)
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and product management in the erosion control industry
Experience with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel as needed
