Full Job Description

Work with a successful Australian manufacturer and supplier of office products and be responsible for driving the growth of their established Arts, Craft and Direct Education channel. This is an exciting time to join an established organisation as they embark on the next stage of their growth strategy.


Leveraging your knowledge, insights and previous experience, you'll be expected to hit the ground running and manage relationships with specialist retailers alongside direct engagement with school suppliers for the lucrative education market place.

Working with established brands in a sector that has high growth potential you'll be expected to drive volume and manage margin to deliver on strategic business targets.

You will enjoy the benefits of an exciting product roadmap and a platform of relationships already established with major retailers and the education marketplace.


This is an end to end role encompassing business development, account management and ownership of customer marketing programs.


About you:

  • You will be a highly motivated and energetic self-starter
  • You will enjoy being where the action is and getting face to face with current and prospective customers
  • You will have experience/exposure with the arts/craft/education channels.


You will have outstanding communication and relationship management skills, along with the intellect and commercial "savvy" to achieve the success desired. The role will deliver immense self-satisfaction as you work towards your targets and you'll be rewarded with a generous package and the opportunity to earn commission.
