About the role


Based in Sydney, we now have a vacancy for a motivated professional to join our Peri-Anaesthesia team and contribute to the continued success of our business. This role will oversee a territory covering South West and South East Sydney and associated regional areas. Regular travel within the designated region is expected.


The Territory Manager - Peri-Anaesthesia is a dynamic sales role, that involves working in a complex clinical setting. Our established sales team focuses on market development and education of clinicians to drive adoption of Fisher & Paykel Optiflow technologies into the operating room environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our Optiflow and humidification technologies to improve care and outcomes in anaesthesia.
  • Identify and develop sites for product evaluation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's) in Anaesthesia.
  • Provide education and high-level technical support to Anaesthetists and surgical teams.


About you


You will ideally have experience in the theatre environment, be resilient, adept in having robust clinical discussions, adaptable and keen to develop your clinical and sales knowledge. Additionally, proven sales experience in a medical / clinical environment with a strong relationship building skillset will be a definite advantage.


You may be from a clinical / technical background and have a strong desire to enter a sales environment or you may already have some sales experience and can grasp and explain technical and clinical concepts. Either way, we will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide range of people.


In order to succeed you will need to be a patient, persistent and passionate person and have a positive outlook despite challenging client interactions.
