Salary: $105K + Super + Car Allowance ($18K) + Fuel Card + Commissions (uncapped; approx. $22K additional achievable)

The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth, an exciting Territory Manager role is now available, covering the St George and Sutherland Shire area. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from a clinical support/logistics background into a rewarding commercial role, with full training and support provided.

Initially, your focus will be on providing exceptional clinical and logistical support, while steadily developing your sales capability. This role offers a solid, existing customer base and significant growth opportunities within a busy and rewarding territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical & Technical Support:
  • Provide clinical support to trauma teams and clinicians within hospitals across your territory.
  • Act as a trusted point-of-contact for existing clinical accounts, ensuring seamless service and communication.
  • Logistics & Account Management:
  • Efficiently manage inventory, stock replenishment, purchase orders (POs), and overall logistics to maintain smooth operations.
  • Proactively ensure equipment availability and timely delivery, collaborating closely with internal teams.
  • Customer Relationships:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clinicians, hospital staff, and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build trust through reliability and responsiveness.
  • Sales Development:
  • Gradually transition into a sales-focused role with ongoing support and mentorship.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within your accounts, supported by structured training and mentorship.
  • On-Call Flexibility:
  • Be prepared for occasional early morning calls (around 7 am) and after-hours requests, reflecting the critical nature of trauma support.

About You:

  • Ideally from a clinical support or logistics background within medical devices or healthcare.
  • Strong organisational and logistics skills, comfortable managing inventory, orders, and account logistics.
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn sales skills; prior sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Located near or within easy access to St George or Sutherland Shire areas.
  • Comfortable being autonomous and managing your own schedule.
  • Flexible and responsive to customer needs, including occasional out-of-hours calls.
