Summary

Pre-IPO company looking to grow their sales team with strong Medical Device Reps who want huge career growth opportunities. The company is currently selling into the Seattle market calling on Podiatry, Physical Therapy and the VA Health System for a device worn by patients in the home.


This role is perfect for that person looking for a startup with huge potential, driven by an uncapped commission, and who wants to develop their leadership skills.


Geography: This role will cover parts of VISN 20 (VA Northwest Health Network) across Washington and Oregon, including the Seattle and Portland metro areas.


What you get:

  • $95-100k Salary and $175k-$185k+ OTE Year 1, with uncapped potential of $225k+++

What you need:

  • Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college.
  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience with a proven record selling into the VA.
  • Experience selling products used by patients in the home.
  • Due to the nature of a startup environment, this position requires 50–75% travel and a high level of flexibility to navigate evolving priorities and access points across federal and commercial healthcare systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Seeking candidates with stable employment history. Minimum requirement: 2 years in current role.
