Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Manager who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only hungry for success but also humble in their approach to teamwork and collaboration. They should be strategic in how they approach both challenges and opportunities, building lasting relationships with customers while strategically growing the business in their territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth in your assigned territory by effectively presenting and promoting s respiratory products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Territory Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Customer Education: Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and proper usage of products, offering ongoing training and product support to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product management to deliver exceptional service and drive product adoption in your territory.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and resolve any challenges that arise in the field by offering creative, practical solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help shape sales strategies and product development.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions, providing regular reports to management on progress and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required and two years sales experience with a pattern of proven success. Prefer sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field calling on hospitals OR a clinical degree in a related field with successful leadership experience.
  • Applicant should demonstrate attention to detail and self-driven sense of urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and goals with the ability to concentrate and multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Ability to develop and maintain solid and positive professional relationships
