Position: Territory Manager – Taipei

Responsibilities:
具體職責與責任
• Develop relationships with current & prospective customers and/or users of products.
• 與現有及潛在的產品客戶或使用者建立關係。
• Increase account penetration with orders for new and existing line of products and services.
• 提升帳戶滲透率，促成現有及新產品與服務的訂單。
• Regular visits to hospitals and doctors such as Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Neurologists, Interventional Nephrologists, Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Cardiologists for promotion of products.
• 定期拜訪醫院及醫師，例如介入放射科醫師、介入神經科醫師、介入腎臟科醫師、血管外科醫師與介入心臟科醫師，推廣產品。
• Conduct product presentations and flow model demonstrations to all relevant medical personnel.
• 向相關醫療人員進行產品簡報與流模型展示。
Sales Related Activities
銷售相關活動
• Initiate and implement effective sales strategies by accounts.
• 依帳戶擬定並實施有效的銷售策略。
• Conduct regular sales analysis for good understanding of sales trend.
• 定期進行銷售分析，以了解銷售趨勢。
• Prepare sales and inventory forecast.
• 編製銷售與庫存預測。
• Organize workshops, trade exhibitions and other proctorship and promotion activities.
• 籌辦研討會、貿易展覽及其他帶教與推廣活動。
• Sales Administration responsibilities include preparation of quotations, monthly POs, product evaluations etc.
• 銷售行政事務，包括報價單、每月採購單、產品評估等準備工作。
• Maintain accurate records of sales expenses, customer files and field sales reports as required, and communicate necessary information.
• 準確維護銷售費用、客戶檔案及業務報告，並於必要時提供所需資訊。
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of competitive product innovations, sales promotions, catalogs and advertising for personal sales effectiveness and corporate market intelligence.
• 持續瞭解競品創新、銷售促銷活動、產品目錄與廣告訊息，以提升個人銷售效能及提供企業市場情報。
Position Qualifications
職位資格
Minimum education: BS/BA degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
最低學歷：學士學位或具同等知識與經驗。
Minimum experience: 3+ years of medical device sales experience.
最低經驗：具三年以上醫療器材銷售經驗。
15–20% travel is required.
需配合 15–20% 出差。
