Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Manager located in Baltimore, MD with some work-from-home flexibility. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing a designated geographical area, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with healthcare providers. Daily tasks will include conducting sales visits, presenting product information, and providing ongoing support to healthcare professionals. The Territory Manager will also monitor market trends and report on sales performance and competitive activities to help drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Sales experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Analytical skills to monitor market trends and report on sales performance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
