Territory Implementation Consultant – DC/Baltimore Region
Summary
Join our client, a cutting-edge provider of dealer management software, as a Territory Implementation Consultant. This role blends customer service, client onboarding, and ongoing training to help auto dealerships streamline vehicle title and registration processes. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and implementation expert, working both on-site and remotely to ensure seamless adoption of the platform.
Salary
$70K–120K base salary, plus bonus/commission structure ($15K–25K in Year 1; $35K–50K in Year 2). This is a full-time, permanent position with travel and autonomy. Approximately 80% local travel expected.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end client onboarding for new dealership customers. Deliver ongoing product training and support for dealership staff. Troubleshoot technical issues and act as the primary point of contact post-implementation. Use Salesforce CRM and business intelligence tools to track data, automate workflows, and analyze client activity. Build strong client relationships and deliver against satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Experience in SaaS/software account management, ideally within the automotive or DMV space. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous environment. Must be comfortable with remote and in-person training delivery. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and SharePoint preferred.
