You will be responsible for leading the operations teams within your supported practices and drive a strong culture that will support and help enable all team members to be successful. * Travel across the territory to maintain a consistent presence within practices and ensure their success* * Provide training and development support to team members to strengthen business results, operating procedures, and protocols within the practices * In partnership with the talent acquisition team and the regional manager, evaluate and communicate staffing needs to enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members * Provide additional support as needed by practice owners How You'll Succeed * 8+ years progressive experience managing multi-unit leaders within a customer or patient-based industry * Proven experience leading strategic planning initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving data-informed decisions resulting in measurable business outcomes * Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds * Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team; experience coaching and developing others * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently * Bachelor's degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office business applications * Must be willing and able to relocate after training based on organizational needs * As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver's license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer's fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle). The Company reserves the right to request and review your Motor Vehicle Record at any time, according to state requirements.
