Summary

Hi there!

Currenlty, we are looking for a Business operations Mangager for a temporary project (initially 1 year) for one of our global tech partners, active within the travel industry.

You'll be working within the People and culture department and will be busy working on driving the operational efficiency, planning and cross-functional collaboration of the People Tech function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual planning processes, translating company strategy into actionable plans.
  • Facilitate company-wide planning and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Implement and optimize processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage success metrics, program performance, and budget scorecards.
  • Act as the central point of contact for business planning activities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and foster teamwork.
  • Influence at all levels, including department leadership, to ensure effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing business processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
