CIT Integration is a low-voltage specialized organization based in Carver Massachusetts that takes on projects throughout all of Massachusetts. CIT consists of over 30 technicians that focus on Telecommunication, Security, Audio Visual and Fiber Infrastructure projects.

CIT seeks an experienced technician to provide maintenance and installation for Telecommunication projects throughout Massachusetts. This critical role requires an individual with extensive experience and detailed approach to the installation and management of complex low-voltage cabling systems at diverse client sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate profound technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a strong commitment to ensuring precise and efficient installations.

Candidates must have previous field experience working on construction telecommunication installation projects. The ideal candidate is punctual, hardworking and a good, highly motivated leader whom CIT Integration can trust to carry the organization’s message and objectives in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate must have experience in performing the following:

·      Installation of structured cabling for telecommunication/data use.

·      Installation of wall jacks and plates for telecommunication/data use.

·      Installation of J-hooks and raceways for telecommunication/data use.

·      Installation of IT racks and connectivity for telecommunication/data use.

Responsibilities:

·      Travel to jobsites throughout Massachusetts daily.

·      Work alongside project managers and operation managers to make sure all tasks are completed; all conflicts are resolved and provide ongoing support and guidance.

·      Ensure all projects are executed per the planned schedule and monitor the quality of production.

Requirements:

·      5+ years of field experience in telecommunication construction.

·      Knowledge of electrical construction industry best practices.

·      Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, organizational and time management skills.

·      A strong work ethic and ability to execute and direct field work independently.

·      Ability to travel throughout New England. (North/South Massachusetts – including Cape Cod and the Islands, Rhode Island)

·      Valid driver’s license with a clean record

·      Experience in installation of structured cabling for telecommunication/data use.

·      Experience in installation of wall jacks and plates for telecommunication/data use.

·      Experience in installation of J-hooks and raceways for telecommunication/data use.

·      Experience in installation of IT racks and connectivity for telecommunication/data use.

·      Random drug testing
