We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Telecom Analyst, working closely with our Commercial and Operations team. We want a proactive, detail-oriented individual who will work with advanced excel, data and analytics. This position will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer of the company. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work in a multicultural team environment. To succeed in this position, the candidate must have strong numerical and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform different analysis on Excel as requested by the management and present solutions derived from the analysis.
• Function as an interface point between Billing, Commercial and the rest of the Operations Team, providing solid understanding of Wholesale pricing collaborating to solve disputes and traffic differences.
• Maintain accounts use to receive rate amendments and network repositories.
• Identify and report business opportunities and potential problems related with prices, quality, costs, etc.
• Analyze and Implement Commercial requirements.
• Perform cost analysis in collaboration with the rest of the Operations team in order to identify potential opportunities.
• Follow up with team members to ensure prompt completion of tasks and projects the CCO and Sales VP deems as top priorities.
• Analyze, approve, import or reject to the company platforms the price lists received from suppliers.
• Identify and report Negative Margins, margin differences, traffic volume differences, etc.
• Compare prices in the system with the offered ones vs. the swaps agreements and validate the agreements or perform recommendations. Compare the committed volumes indicated in bilateral agreements in order to track the accomplishment of the agreements.
• Create reports for internal/external use upon request.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree In Business, Data Analytics, Economics or equivalent work experience
• Advanced English is required, both in writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of Telecom Wholesale VoIP industry
• 4+ years of experience working with Tableau and Microsoft Excel
