Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Tele Sales Team Leader. The Tele Sales Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the telesales team, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include managing and motivating the team, monitoring performance, and providing training and support. The Tele Sales Team Leader will also handle escalated customer issues, develop sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and strong customer service skills
• Proven experience in team management and team leadership
• Sales experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM software and proficiency in office suite applications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Salary : 4. LPA to 6 LPA
