Role/Responsibilities

• MBOM management, Product BOP, Plant BOE & Plant BOP Creation
• Creation of simulation deliverables following Virtual Assembly Standards
• Generate Static Human Posture Simulations to identify potential ergonomic/process issues for critical assemblies
• Perform Dynamic Simulations for each Station components/ assemblies in Process Simulate. Coordinate with MBOM Engineer and Industrial Engineer to make updates to match the simulation to the latest MBOM and Scroll
• Perform Human Quick Walk simulations for critical/prioritized stations using Process Simulate to validate station cycle times, optimize the workstations to reduce operator walk and NVAA. Coordination with the BIM team to obtain and load the latest 3D layout for the station
• Create resources, tools, equipment items in Team center to be consumed in Process Simulate Simulations
• Identify and document major process, tooling, and layout issues early in the launch process
• Develop training content on Team center Easy Plan and Tecnomatix Process Simulate
• Train customer team on Team center Easy Plan and Tecnomatix Process Simulate

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $40.38 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $62.02 per hour

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
