Job description

We are looking for an experienced crisis management expert with the ability to conduct systematic risk analysis and evaluation, and to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments. This position requires candidates to have good business understanding, review and improvement skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to push things forward across teams. In addition, candidates need to have certain technical abilities to effectively manage crises in complex technical environments.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct systematic Risk Analysis and Assessment, identify latent risks, and develop corresponding exercise plans to cooperate with the team in risk management.
• When a crisis occurs, be able to make decisions quickly, organize teams to respond effectively, and minimize losses.
• Deeply understand business processes to ensure that crisis management strategies are consistent with business objectives.
• Organize and lead the review of the crisis event, analyze the causes of the event, summarize the experience and lessons learned, and promote the implementation of improvement measures.
• Maintain good communication with relevant departments and teams to ensure the smooth transmission of information and promote cross-team cooperation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of crisis management training programs to improve the team's crisis response capabilities.
• Have a certain technical ability to understand and handle crisis situations related to technology.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related graduates are preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in crisis management or related field, with experience in Systematic Risk Analysis and Assessment preferred.

• Have the ability to make quick decisions and respond to crises in high-pressure environments.
• Have a good understanding of the business and be able to integrate crisis management with business goals.
• Proficient in reviewing and improving methods, able to drive the organization to continuously optimize the crisis management process.
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with teams of different levels and functions.
• Have a certain technical background and be able to work effectively in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to promote the smooth progress of cross-team projects.
