Summary of Position: 

Haven is changing the childcare industry by shifting the model from childcare to family care. As the first-ever facility to house accredited daycares/preschools, co-working spaces, and fitness spaces under the same roof, Haven makes life easier and more enjoyable. It’s a new routine for families that allows them to optimize those priceless moments with their new families.

 

We are looking for a Systems Integrations Manager, a role critical to leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and team performance. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy innovator skilled in evaluating and optimizing our current systems and processes, promoting effective technology adoption across the organization, and energizing and assisting teams in making the most of our systems and programs.


Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Hubspot, Monday.com), LMS management systems, and MS Office Suite. 
  • 5-10+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrating initiative, is conscientious and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility.
  • Ability to problem solve with teams and independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other relevant degree, with a preference for a focus on Project Management.
  • Proven experience in systems management, optimization, or similar roles, with a strong track record of successfully completed projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology applications in business settings.
  • Exceptional training and communication skills, capable of engaging and inspiring teams.
  • Demonstrated project management ability, from conception through to successful implementation.
  • Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • People leadership abilities and experience leading or growing a team, including managing subcontractors
  • Ability to translate complex technology ideas to non-technical users
Responsibilities:  
  • System Evaluation & Optimization: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing systems and workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop strategies for system enhancements focusing on efficiency and scalability.
  • System Rollout & Training: Lead the rollout of new systems and updates, design, and deliver engaging training programs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Responsible for provisioning and maintaining records of employee hardware and software, and internal cyber risk management. 
  • Responsible for managing any company-controlled domains, Google & Zoom workspace accounts etc. 
  • Culture of Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team feedback and collaboration with IT, HR, and department leaders to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Reporting & Liaison: Monitor system adoption and effectiveness, serving as the primary liaison between users and IT support to facilitate the resolution of issues.
  • Project Management: Oversee special projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective cross-functional team coordination.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality standards and procedures, conduct assessments to ensure projects meet expectations, and address discrepancies with corrective actions.
  • Documenting workflows and processes.
