Position Summary
The Tech Support Technician runs the daily operation of our audiovisual, classroom and meeting room support services. This role provides the technical support, maintenance, repairs, and personnel functions necessary to the many classes and programs held in both McColl buildings, as well as in online meetings. This is advanced technical work related to the operation of a state-of-the-art video production/distribution network that includes computing, extensive video recording and production facilities.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, And Experience
The candidate should have a solid technical background that includes projection systems, control systems, recording and editing of digital video and audio, distance collaboration suites (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or related) and presentation delivery software. Must have a strong working knowledge of audio-visual technologies with a working background in enterprise solutions in these areas. Candidate must have the ability to work with senior level staff and faculty.
