Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00AM -5:00PM
Position Overview:
The Technology Support Associate will work with the Senior IT Director to provide level 1 technical support to Ryan Network employees and administrative support to the IT department such as updating helpdesk tickets, putting in purchase requests, maintaining software licenses, coordinating meetings and other tasks. This work is carried out in support of the mission and goals of Ryan Network.
Essential Functions:
* Answering the help desk phone and providing level 1 remote assistance such as resetting passwords, mapping printers, installing applications, troubleshooting peripherals, and basic navigation of the computer.
* Managing and updating helpdesk tickets in the Helpdesk System and escalating the tickets to Level 2 and Level 3 support.
* Assisting with Account Management on all Ryan Applications
* Assisting with all departmental procurement activities including. submitting purchase requests, contract management, and invoice processing.
* Application license management including EClinicalWorks provider licenses and application licenses..
* Maintain lists of vendors and the services they provide and other aspects of vendor management.
* Provide administrative assistance to the IT department and CIO such as scheduling meetings and ordering supplies.
* Immediately report any problems or unusual occurrences to supervisor.
* Other special projects/assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Experience and Skills Required:
* 1-year work experience
* Solid computer literacy in a Microsoft environment: Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc..
* Demonstrated track record of the organization, focus, and the ability to learn quickly.
Education, Licenses and/or Certifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Information Technology Certifications (CompTIA A+)
* 1-year experience providing technical support in a Microsoft Windows Environment
* Experience working in Health Care
