Position Overview:

This position is part of the Technology & Delivery function at INDUS Towers, overseeing Program Management – Technology Products & Solutions overseeing end to end delivery of Technology Projects. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in Indus Technology & Product Strategy, leading strategic and operational initiatives. This position requires designing and executing scalable programs, collaborating across functions, and ensuring organizational goals aligning with fulfillment objectives.

Responsibilities encompass Product Lifecycle Management, Technical Data Analysis, Project Management, cross functional leadership across Partner Technical SMEs, Customer Project Managers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Program Management

1. End to End Product Lifecycle Management.
2. Contribute to defining the roadmap for System/Product/Solution across technological functions.
3. Strategize & Initiate Design Thinking & Agile Product Development Processes/Tools.
4. Utilize deep analytical skills to track all projects, highlighting potential risks and areas for improvement.
5. Conduct trade-off analysis for build, borrow, and buy decisions within the technology product function.

Project Management

1. Clearly articulate business and customer needs while staying informed of current technological trends.
2. Plan and execute Sprints and Program Increments (PI), and conduct Sprint Retrospectives.
3. Perform data analysis, develop storylines, manage project scheduling, and conduct review meetings.
4. Regularly track Annual Operating Plans against actual performance and manage budgets.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy/Power Engineering + MBA from Premier Institute.

•Knowledge of Agile ways of working, any certifications (preferred)

•Working in a startup environment for 1-2 years is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

•Strong data orientation and proficiency in Excel and analytics for data-driven decision-making.

•Strong storyline & narrative writing for impactful management reviews.

•Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and risk management skills
