About The Role

The ECoE Program Manager will be responsible for managing the Upspeed program work along with coordinating and leading executive level communications, managing issues, eliminating blockers, and supporting agile teams in delivery of key objectives. This role will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling and facilitating monthly Stakeholder and Steering meeting with senior leadership. This role will also be responsible to collaborate with all application groupings under the Upspeed program to collect, Analyze and publish the DORA metrics dashboard.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have Excellent Skills In

Ability to manage and coordinate an Agile Release Train (ART).

Understanding of resources required for success of project, including engaging the appropriate stakeholders.

Understanding of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Knowledge of budgeting processes, cost estimation, and financial management.

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while considering available information and project constraints.

Knowledge of change management principles and techniques to handle changes effectively.

Ability to maintain thorough and organized project documentation.

Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication to various stakeholders and levels of leadership.

Ability to identify and resolve conflicts/roadblocks within the team or with stakeholders.

Ability to manage a complex process with multiple parallel initiatives and competing priorities.

Ability to identify, manage and influence stakeholders, without authority, in order to achieve project objectives.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington IL, Alpharetta GA, or Minneapolis MN.

How does this role make an impact?

  • Creates, manages and executes project/program plans, including project requirements, estimates, scope, timeline, milestones and deliverables.
  • Builds strong working relationships with stakeholders, including team members, vendors/contractors, business and ITS partners to aide in effective execution.
  • Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities and identifies and manages risks, issues and dependencies to achieve project objectives.
  • Manages and tracks budget and budget variance as well as project progress against project milestones and budget.
  • Monitors project progress and milestones and provides regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports and presentations.
  • May primarily manage projects using Agile/Scrum framework.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Program Manager is required
  • Experience with one or more of the following Centers of Excellence: Agile, Testing, or DevSecOps
  • Leads communications with Executive Leadership
  • Partners with Business Value Stream Owners to ensure that the right work is being prioritized and funneled to solution delivery teams.
  • Oversees how activities are supported and driven to achieve program objectives and KPI targets.
  • Adheres to best practices consistent with Technology methodologies. Supports the application and refinement of scaled agile development methods.
  • Tracks risk and issue resolution across the program.
  • Delivers timely status updates for leadership and stakeholders regarding program status, key decisions, roadblocks, and risks. 
  • Aids in the facilitation of planning and logistics for program increments, stakeholder engagement, sprints, testing, change management, program communications, release readiness, training, and benefits tracking.
  • Typically requires 10 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Base Pay Range

$112,800-$155,100

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
