So what’s the challenge...
As a Technology & Digital Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the compliance of IT operations, systems, and business controls against established processes and procedures. You will also produce detailed reports and provide technical consultations to business owners, supporting the implementation of solutions and mitigation actions to ensure alignment with OPAP’s frameworks and standards.
Your day to day will include:
- Proposing the scope, process, and methodology for IT process assessments according to Cyber Security requirements and standards, ensuring alignment with the ISMS framework, industry best practices, and Corporate Security Policy
- Reviewing IT processes and procedures to assess compliance with security protocols and standards, identifying areas of risk and non-compliance, evaluating business control deficiencies, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with business owners for improvement action
- Reviewing change requests on systems and applications from Technology & Digital Teams, coordinating the assessment of their impact on existing operating systems and infrastructure, and validating proper controls for code and product releases to production
- Collaborating with Business and Technical owners to develop remediation strategies and mitigation actions addressing deficiencies in internal IT controls and operating risks, and creating audit tests to continuously monitor the effectiveness of internal controls
- Validating user access to applications and systems according to standards, collaborating with IT engineers to tie code changes to specific enhancements and production releases, confirming and following up on the execution of change plans, and responding to ad-hoc assignments to meet business needs
- Collaborating with external and internal auditors for IT process assessments, providing necessary support for audits, reviewing potential findings, and working with business & technical owners on mitigation actions
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in Cyber and Information Security. Work experience in the gaming industry will be considered as an asset
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and Security Architecture principles would be a plus
- Understanding of Cyber and Information Security frameworks, standards and best practices
- Good knowledge of corporate and gaming applications
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and tools
- Relevant professional certifications in Cyber Security would be a plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Innovative thinking and flexibility/ adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
