Your tasks:

Install, configure and maintain systems middleware and applications

Deploy the infra on AliCloud

Engineering of systems administration-related and Network solutions for various project and operational needs

Managing the escalation of incidents and problems daily from L2 team to minimize downtime on customer activities

Understand customer demands and propose best solutions

Maintain documents, procedures and technical knowledge transfer

Report to SDM about activities, projects and technical risks

Collaborate with other teams and team members, sharing and learning

Keep learning new features of public Cloud platform (Especially Aliyun)

Technical skills:

Good knowledge and skills on one of Linux/VMWare/Microsoft.(RHCE is mandatory / MCSE is plus)

Good knowledge and skills on network technologies and protocols. (CCNA level is sufficient)

At least with intermediate understanding of protocols frequently used by applications (DNS,HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SSH, SSL/TLS etc.)

Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration with Kubernetes.

Familiar with migration, deploying and optimizing large scale enterprise cloud applications as well as small simple applications.

Hands-on experience managing large numbers of diverse systems with configuration management or software delivery platforms (such as Puppet, Chef or Ansible)

Very familiar with AliCloud technical and operations.

Experience in automation deployment approach on public Cloud is plus.

Communication skills:

Ability to read technical procedures and apply them

Intermediate / advanced speaking, reading and writing skills in English
