About the role at Rest Super As a Technology Change and Release Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of technology changes and releases within the organization. You will ensure that changes and releases are implemented efficiently and effectively while minimizing disruption to the business and maximizing the value delivered to customers. This role is aligned with the ITIL v4 definition of Change and Release Management, following best practices and industry standards. Seniority Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience. Responsibilities Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals Strengths Decision Making - Considers the costs and benefits of potential actions and determines the most appropriate one Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that's right for them.
