Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant to join the Fast and Furious Kanban team in the Fiserv & SOR L2 area in Consumer Lending Technology. We are looking for a Technology BSC who will own and manage the Third-Party Vendor applications. This person will participate as a high performing team member who is responsible onboarding new applications through the sunrise process, work with the vendor to resolve any issues reported during FFIEC Testing, Exception process, and other Application Management activities. Responsible for ensuring service availability and resiliency while managing risk for the enterprise. The Technology BSC is accountable to ensure site integrity and systems stability through the enforcement of corporate standards, processes and disciplines, and is accountable to maintain applications in BAM (Business Application Management).

In this role, you will:
* Lead or participate in managing all Third-party vendor applications within the Fiserv & SOR functional area
* Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
* Own and drive the sunrise process to meet the organizational commitments
* Contribute towards the resolution of all the tech-for-tech tasks assigned in regard to the third-party applications
* Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
* Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
* Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
* Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Required Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Business Systems Consultant experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
* 2+ years' experience of Mainframe applications experience
* 2+ years' experience exposure to Agile methodologies
* 2+ years' experience with ServiceNow and JIRA
* 2+ years' experience working within large Financial Services Companies and across a variety of platforms/technologies
Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge and understanding of network, records management, Proxy, vulnerability management
* Knowledge and understanding of sunrise process, Identity and Access Management, Information security management
* Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
* Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* Collaborative, team player who knows how to help coordinate efforts and get things done
* Experience with formally-tracked issues and corrective actions.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience tracking and reporting milestones including key deliverables and due dates
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
