The role of Technology Advisor at Koch Guadalajara focuses on driving IT projects and visualizing progress of strategic initiatives in line with business and IT priorities. This includes leading the efficient management of the company’s technological and audiovisual (AV) systems and assets, such as conference tools, access control systems and IT equipment in collaboration with IT vendors, financial and technical teams.

Our Team

Join our Koch Guadalajara team as a proactive Technology Advisor who enables seamless IT operations across our facilities by owning IT and AV equipment management, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders, recommending technological improvements and supporting internal IT communications.

What You Will Do

• Drive local IT projects and visualize the progress of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate the IT equipment lifecycle management plan.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IT and AV requirements to propose effective solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments to recommend improvements.
• Own conference room and AV equipment to maximize availability.
• Ensure optimal use of CCTV, access control and digital signage systems
• Own asset depreciation, end-of-life support and electronic waste disposal
• Ensuring IT safety protocols are in place and communicated effectively.
• Escalate technical issues to relevant teams or vendors for prompt resolution.
• Effectively support the delivery of internal IT communications.
• Operate in accordance with our Principle Based Management framework.
