Job Title: NetSuite Techno-Functional Architect

Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah

About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned NetSuite Techno-Functional Architect who can hit the ground running to support a wave of upcoming implementations. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and functional finance knowledge to deliver scalable NetSuite solutions that support our growing operations. You’ll collaborate closely with a tight-knit, high-performing team in Salt Lake City, with the flexibility of hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver NetSuite solutions across 8+ upcoming implementation projects
• Create and optimize Saved Searches, Reports, KPIs, and Analytics within NetSuite
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript solutions tailored to business needs
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams; understand core financial processes (GL, payroll, credit cards, etc.)
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, integrated system architectures
• Own full-cycle NetSuite implementations – from scoping and solution design to delivery and post-go-live support
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive system efficiency and adoption
• Ensure alignment between system capabilities and business goals

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience with strong techno-functional capabilities
• Background in Finance or Accounting; ability to converse confidently with finance stakeholders
• Proven experience with NetSuite implementation projects
• Experience with Celigo iPaaS platform is a strong plus
• Exposure to Field Service Management (FSM) solutions highly desirable
• Excellent communicator; able to integrate seamlessly with collaborative teams
• Self-starter with minimal need for hand-holding or ramp-up time
