Role Overview

The Techno-Commercial Manager will bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial strategy, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth. This position involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless project execution from conception to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients to comprehend their requirements and provide customized smart home solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for automation, electrical, and smart home projects.


Qualifications:


  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in a techno-commercial role, preferably within the home automation or related industry.


 Skills:

  •      Proficiency in BOQ creation and proposal drafting.
  •      Experience in automation systems like KNX, DALI, Lutron, etc.
  •     Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  •      Strong communication and analytical skills.


Preferred Attributes:

  •     Experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  •    Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  •   Strong understanding of customer relationship management and retention strategies.
