Various locations/clients as well as various equipment keeps things fresh The Job Position: We’re looking for technician/route service person – technical/mechanical skills and customer service relations experience required. Hourly/Salary pay rates are commensurate with experience. Responsibilities and Duties: Install and configure our products and services on-site at customer locations Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our products and services Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and on-site visits Document and reporting of all service activities and customer interactions Adhere to general safety policies and procedures while performing job duties Identify opportunities for product and service improvements based on customer feedback Position Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, certifications or demonstrated experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Motivated, and is capable as a self-starter Problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution proficiency Effective time management aptitude, with ability to meet deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility Be able to work occasional night/weekends/emergencies when required Have and use own tools Valid driver’s license and have own vehicle transportation Able to work on ladders and lift 50+ pounds Technical Requirements: General knowledge of how computers and their components work Technical/mechanical troubleshooting skills Proficient in computer usage with Word, Excel, and other office software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
