Job Description: Technician/Engineer – Assembly & Wiring

Position: Technician/Engineer Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience: 0-3 years (Preferably in assembly/manufacturing industry) Location: Alamathi, Redhills Salary: 1.2LPA – 1.8LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Perform wiring and assembly of electrical/mechanical components.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Work with tools and equipment for cable harnessing, panel wiring, and component assembly.
• Ensure proper routing, crimping, soldering, and insulation of wires.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Conduct basic quality checks and troubleshooting of wiring issues.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring 5S standards.
  
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of wiring and electrical components.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and circuit layouts.
• Hands-on experience in assembly or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like crimpers, multimeters, and soldering irons.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
