In this role you will: Responding as first point of contact to a busy trade floor for Traders and Senior Business leaders via multiple channels Maintaining one-to-one contact with customers throughout the lifecycle of an incident or request Participating and being responsible for various projects Collaborating with third level technology teams for urgent or critical issues Continuous streamlining of support processes to improve service to customers Operating in a Windows 10 environment using Office 365 and virtual technologies.
